• Measured & photographic surveys - first payment
• Production of drawings - second payment
• Make minor alterations / revisions
• Submit drawings to planning department
• When drawings are planning approved
• Dig a trial hole near proposed extension location - fee £500
• Produce Building Regulations drawings - third payment
• Confirm structural design with customer
• Appoint Structural Engineer
• Submit drawings to Building Control for approval
• When approved provide final payment
• Provide quote for build cost based on approved drawings
• Agree new estimate with customer and agree build start date

• Produce a schedule of works and specification
• First payment received - 10% 4 weeks prior to start date
• Building work begins
• Staged payments as scheduled for work progress
• Authority inspects as required to sign off on build quality
• Building work completes
• Final sign off by Building Control
• Building work hand over to customer
