Planning Drawings
The drawings we produce are of a very high quality, easy to read and to scale. A measured and photographic survey of your property will be completed by us in order for the planning drawings to be produced.

All the surveys we carry out and the drawings we produce from them are normally accurate to within +/- 50mm. We can usually provide you with the existing drawings within seven working days in pdf format to a scale of 1:100. Paper copies can be provided at an additional cost of £35 per original copy.

Planning drawings require require a site plan and a block plan with the property boundary highlighted in red. In order for us to include these we have to buy the map and a licence from a mapping specialist usually at full size 1:1.

The proposed drawings will be produced from the design brief that we will have discussed with you prior to the surveys taking place. Our planning drawings will normally be produced withing 10-15 working days.
