Our builders

Choosing a reliable builder, capable of delivering the promise to build your approved design drawings is not an easy job.

We have a fantastic working relationship with a local contractor builder who provides our clients with high standards of workmanship, a clean and tidy site, complience with health and safety regulations including CDM 2015 and a polite friendly attitude on site. 

The construction service that we offer provides our clients with our recommended contractor enabling us to provide project co-ordination and or site supervision.  On completion of the building work our contractor will provide a warranty for the work completed from The Federation of Master Builders where their company is registered.
Payments for work completed as detailed in the payment schedule are provided by the client direct to our the builder.  We ensure the work being paid for has been completed and the project runs smoothly and on schedule. Late payments will cause delays and may increase the cost of the building work.

Without a diligent professional to oversee the building works on your behalf you would probably be unaware if material not specified had been provided.
