Prior to commencing with any building work you should consider the following check list of items is complete in order to prevent delays.
CHECK LIST
We take a 20% deposit three weeks prior to work commencing so that we can order materials, hire equipment and generally prepare to hit the ground running from day 1.
We co-ordinate the schedule of works with our construction manager and will normally receive regular payments from you for the duration of the building schedule.
We will provide you with regular updates as the work progresses which is usually at the end of the week. If issues arise with building work which has not been expected hen we will inform you imediately and await your response. We will then continue with other work if it is at all possible to do so.
