Design - Planning Stage
- Provide a measured and photographic survey
- Prepare planning drawings for our next meeting within 7 days
- Discuss the design and suggestions changes / alterations
- Work up agreed drawings ready for planning submission
- Monitor planning application progress
Design - Building Regulations Stage
- Produce Building drawings
- Consult with our structural engineer
- Structural design / calculations prepared
- Submit Building Control application
Design - Detailed Drawings
- Electrical layout drawings details exact position of sockets, lights, switches etc.
- Space heating drawings indicate radiator positions, underfloor heating etc.
- Plumbing and drainage drawings show position of gulleys, pipes, drainage runs, etc.
Fixed Price Quote
- Fixed price quote provided from approved drawings
- Inclussion of written specification for products, finishes etc.
- Confirm what is not included in the quote
- Produce the schedule of works and staged payment schedule
- We will suggest a start date for building works to commence
- Staged payments confirmed with customer
- Start date confirmed
- Building work starts
- Staged payments continue as the building works progress
- Final payment provided on completion of the building work
- Our contractor will issue the 10yr warranty from FMB
- Six weeks after completion we will return and correct any snagging issues.
